Our Kid Min will begin its new school year the week of Sunday, September 8th.
Pre-K & K meet on Sundays, 10:15 am – 10:45 am
1st through 4th Grade meet on Sundays, 10:15 am – 11:15 am.
5th & 6th Grades meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30.
St. Peter’s has reformatted our Christian education classes by changing the name of our Sunday school program to “KidMin”. In KidMin, we are all “training to be Disciples of GOD.” We share God’s Word through Bible stories and encourage Christian love through acts of kindness. Our goal is twofold:
- To educate our children in the stories of the Bible and the biblical truths as confessed in Martin Luther’s “Small Catechism” (book of instruction).
- To set an example of “caring and sharing” God’s love for each of us. As a means of developing this character of Christian love, all the students meet together in the Fellowship Hall and work together.
